Cerebral Citadel Armour is a rare Heavy Armour that makes the wearer immune to being Frightened and gives a +1 bonus to all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws if the wearer is infested by a mind flayer tadpole.
The little tentacle engravings are a nice touch.
