Call Lightning is a Level 3 Conjuration spell. This spell allows spellcasters to call down lightning to hit all targets within range and effect.
"Call down lightning to hit all targets within range and its area of effect for 3d10 Lightning damage. Each turn, you can call down lightning again without expending a spell slot. On a successful save, targets still take half damage."
