Scratch's Ball is a common Miscellaneous item used to play fetch with Scratch. Having it in your inventory allows you to summon Scratch as a familiar outside of camp.
The exterior of this toy ball is rough with tooth marks.

Where to find
Leave Scratch with your scent so he joins your camp, then later when he offers you a ball, succeeding in a Strength, Sleight of Hand, or Animal Handling check to take the ball and throw it to play fetch with him.
