Displace is a class action available to Displacer Beasts that allows a creature to teleport themself and a target, dealing the target 
Psychic damage and leaving behind an Illusory Copy.
Description
Teleport yourself and a target to a nearby location, shredding the target's mind, and leaving behind an Illusory Copy of yourself.
