The Boots of Stormy Clamour are an uncommon pair of Boots that inflicts the Reverberation condition on a creature when afflicting it with another condition.
Pearls of thunder rumble at the back of your skull with every step taken in these boots.

Notes
As of Patch #2, Arcane Echomalefaction is only triggered by conditions inflicted by non-cantrip spells.
Reverberation is also confirmed to be bugged itself. The check at 4 or more turns does not occur, so it will not cause damage, inflict prone, or remove reverberation.
As of Patch #3, Arcane Echomalefaction can be triggered by cantrips as well, and Reverberation is no longer bugged.
Conditions
Duration: 2 turns
- Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution Saving throws per remaining turn.
- When the entity has 5 or more turns of Reverberation, it takes 1d4Thunder damage and must succeed a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or fall . The condition is removed afterward.
