College of Swords is one of the Subclasses of Bard.

Subclass Features

This subclass obtains all the features from its base class, Bard, in addition to its unique features outlined below.

Level 3

  • Blade Flourish
  • Gain Medium armour Proficiency
  • Gain Scimitars Scimitars Proficiency
  • Fighting Style (Choose 1):
    • Fighting Style Duelling Icon.png Duelling: When you are wielding a melee weapon that is not Two-Handed or Versatile in one hand, and no weapon in the other hand, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon, increasing your chance to do heavy damage.
    • Fighting Style Two Weapon Icon.png Two-Weapon Fighting: When you make an offhand attack, you can add your Ability Score Modifier to the damage of the attack.

Level 6

  • Extra Attack Extra Attack: You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
