Horns of the Berserker is a very rare Helmet that grants a +2 bonus to Attack Rolls and 2 Necrotic damage to melee hits against damaged creatures.
This was created by a designer and an enchanter who were going through a messy divorce at the time. As such, the armour is filled with active-aggressive rage. It also makes you feel like you've wasted the last ten years picking up after a complete tit.

The wearer of this item gains:
- Seeking Blood: You gain a +2 bonus to Attack Rolls when attacking creatures that have already taken damage.
- Blood Thirst: Unarmed and melee attacks will deal an extra 2 Necrotic damage as long as you don't have your full health. If you don't deal any damage this turn, you will take 1d4 Necrotic damage at the end of your turn

Notes
Contrary to the description of Blood Thirst, 1d4 Necrotic damage is added to unarmed or weapon attacks, including ranged weapon attacks, instead of 2 Necrotic damage. This can be seen as an extra 1d4 Necrotic damage in the damage breakdown tooltip of weapons and attacks. Additionally, this effect is always active for unarmed strikes regardless of having full health or not.
