An Adamantine Slag is a common Miscellaneous Item without any known purpose. They can be obtained from the Duergar abusing Deep Rothé to break a wall in Grymforge.
A remnant of adamantine - a metal of old used to make legendary weapons and armour. It is too small and damaged to be of any kind of use.
