The Whispering Promise is an uncommon ring that grants a bonus to Attack Rolls and Saving Throws to creatures healed by the wearer.
A soft, soothing voice floats from this ring, reciting a prayer over and over.

The wearer of this item gains:
- Blessed Mercy: When the wearer heals a creature, it also receives a 1d4 bonus to Attack rolls and Saving throws.
Where to find
- Sold by Volo in the Druid Grove. He'll leave the area after your first visit. The player needs to complete Rescue Volo to be able to trade with him again.
Sold by Grat the Trader in the Goblin Camp.
Notes
Drinking a Potion of Healing counts as healing oneself and triggers the effect of this ring as well.
