Fire Shield: Chill is a level 4 evocation spell. This spell shields the spellcaster with ice-cold flames.
Description
Ice-cold flames shed light in a 3 m / 10 ft (ERROR: Distance not in metric!) radius. You take only half the damage of all Fire damage, and deal 2d8Cold damage to anyone who hits you with a melee attack.
