The Devil's Fee is a shop and gallery for all sorts of devilish artifacts and curios. The proprietor of the business is Helsik. The first floor is the main gallery and where you can trade with Helsik. The second floor is Helsik's private quarters and living space. The Devil's Fee also has a basement that can be accessed via a hatch in the Devil's Fee or by breaking down a wall that connects the Devil's Fee's basement to the Forge of the Nine's basement.
