Covert Cowl is an uncommon Helmet that makes the wearer's critical hits more likely when they are obscured.
One of the relics of Deep Duerra's rebellious children. Keeping themselves and one another safe from the nasty surprises of their home, the siblings made good progress.
At the final hurdle, they were confronted by none other than Duerra herself, and her rage was great, and they felt the candles of hope in their hearts snuff out.
