Phantasmal Force is a level 2 illusion spell. This spell allows spellcasters to flood a target creature's mind with an illusion of the last thing that attacked it.
Description
Flood a creature's mind with an illusion of the last thing that attacked it. Each turn, it takes 1d6Psychic damage. Each time it takes damage from another source, the damage type of Phantasmal Force changes to that damage type.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Phantasmal Force
Duration: 10 turns
Haunted by an echo of the last thing that attacked them.
- Takes 1d6Psychic damage each turn.
- When the target takes damage from another source, Phantasmal Force changes to that damage type.
- At the end of each turn, the target makes an Intelligence saving throw. On a success, the condition ends.
