Shattered Flail is a rare Flail with a +1 Enchantment that reduces weapon damage to the wearer and increases Armour Class.
This flail was created t o commemorate victory over the devil Belhifet. It has since made its way so far from Easthaven that the locals have long forgotten that chapter of their town's past.
