Gaze of the Dead is a bonus action used by the Apostle of Myrkul. This ability frightens the target character and deals Necrotic damage.
Description
Cast your empty eyes towards a creature and it.

- 4d8 (4~32) + Spellcasting modifier Necrotic
- Details:
- Range: 18 m / 60 ft
- Recharge: Per turn
- CON Save (Spell save DC) (On Save: Target still takes half damage.)
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
Spell save DC Constitution saving throw
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
How to learn
Used by creatures: Apostle of Myrkul
Notes
- In Honour mode, the Apostle of Myrkul can also use this ability as a legendary action.
- As of Patch 5, this ability now adds the spellcasting modifier to the damage.
