Valmorba is a High Half-Elf gravekeeper located in the Mortuary within the Graveyard in Baldur's Gate 3. She is a devotee of Kelemvor and manages the graveyard.
“I am sorry for your loss, but it will be a tenday before I can take your departed. Maybe more.„
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Valmorba can be found inside the Mortuary, preparing corpses to be placed in coffins. She tells the party that she is busy, and that it will be a while before any new bodies can be buried.
If the party has read Tough Letter back in Act One, Valmorba can be asked about the grave of an "M Kurwin". She will gladly point out his grave "under the great willow with drooping branches".
If the party digs up and fights Bugthimble, and his fellow Kobolds, she will be grateful that the bodies can rest but wishes there was another way instead of killing.
The party can humorously ask for a Shovel and claim to tidy up the graves but failing the check will anger Valmorba such that she will not talk to the party again.
