Withering Theft is a level 4 necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters to siphon the life force of their target. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Rob a creature of its life force and gain 20 temporary hit points.

Reconstituted Arcanists can hand their Withering Life Force to other creatures.
