Hex (Strength) is a Enchantment 1st Level Spell. This spell allows spellcasters to put a curse on a creature and deal additional necrotic damage to the targeted creature. The curse also impose Disadvantage on the creature's Strength checks.
Description
Impart Disadvantage on Strength Checks.
If the target dies before the spell ends, you can use a bonus action to hex a new creature.

Bonus Action + Level 1 Spell Slot
Available to level 1 Warlock.
