Vicious Mockery is a cantrip (Enchantment). A stronger variant of Vicious Mockery, boasting increased damage and range, and costing a bonus action. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Insult a creature: it has Disadvantage on its next Attack roll.
