Armour Class but reducing your Movement Speed.
Description
Harden your slippery body into a substance like steel, increasing your Armour Class by 2, but reducing your Movement Speed by 
6 m / 20 ft.

Notes
- The reduction in movement speed does not actually seem to apply as of Patch 6 / Hotfix 24, although the action costs the listed movement speed of 5 m / 17 ft on the turn it's used.
