Improved Warding Flare is a reaction that complements to give the Cleric the option to protect an ally that is being attacked, instead of themselves.
Description
When an enemy attacks an ally, you can use your Reaction to impose Disadvantage on the Attack roll, possibly causing their attack to miss.
