The Strange Conduit Ring is a uncommon Ring that grants additional Psychic damage to the wearer's weapon while Concentrating.
In his speculative writing on arcane displacement, the wizard Tenser notes the possibility for keenly focused minds to maintain spells, and even unlock hidden potential while doing so.
