Blood-Curdling Emission is a passive feature that allows the weapon to scare its target. It deals extra damage and increases chance to hit against scared targets.
Description
On a hit, possibly inflict . Gain a +1d4 bonus to attack and damage against Frightened creatures.
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
DC 12 Wisdom saving throw
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.

Granted by the weapons:
Notes
This passive effect grants damage and attack roll buffs against Frightened creatures to all wielder's weapons, not just the Bow of the Banshee itself.
