There's a number of other Rune Slates found in the Mind Flayer Colony. Two are found at the second intersection from the entrance of the Mind Flayer Colony in Act 2, one at X:688 Y:-30, the second at X:691, Y-21. These rune slates in the Mind Flayer Colony don't pop out when you use the Alt key to highlight them. Murderhobo Loot Everything scroll over everything

The first requires an Arcana check (14) which results in "Seems I can understand Illithid script. Thank you, Tadpole"
