Cutting Words is a Reaction available to College of Lore Bards. This ability allows these Bards to distract and confuse their foes, potentially causing attacks to miss, ability checks to fail, or hits to land less heavily.
Description
Use your wit to distract a creature and sap its confidence. It receives a 1d6
penalty to Attack Roll, Ability Check, or dealt damage.
Properties
Reaction + Bardic Inspiration Charge

penalty to the triggering Attack Roll, Ability Check, or dealt damage - Range: 18 m / 60 ft
At Higher Levels
- At Bard Level 5, the Cutting Words penalty increases to
