Curse of Terror is a cantrip (Enchantment). This spell deals damage and frightens a single target. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Strike terror into a creature's heart and Frighten it.

At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
DC 16 Wisdom saving throw
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
