Cone of Cold is a level 5 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to blast icy air into a region in front of them, damaging affected creatures and turning existing water surfaces into Ice Surface.
Description
Make a flurry of frost, crisp air, and condensed snow crystals erupt from your hands.

At higher levels
Upcast: The damage is increased by 1d8Cold for each Spell Slot Level above 5th.How to learn
