Arcane Battery is a toggleable passive feature that allows the user to case a spell without using up a spell slot.
Description
Alleviate the arcane burden of spellcasting with the power of this staff. The next spell you cast doesn't cost a spell slot. You need to toggle this feature on in order to activate this effect.
