Tyrant's Bindings is a level 6 conjuration spell. This spell allows Gortash to restrict your movement and deal a ton of damage to you and your party.
Description
Create heavy magical chains that bind to your targets, halving their Movement speed.
If the chains are still present at the beginning of your next turn, they break, dealing 8d8
Force damage to all targets.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Chain of Tyranny
Duration: 1 turn
- Affected entity has only half its movement speed. When the chain breaks, it'll take 8d8Force damage.
