Conjure Minor Elemental is a level 4 conjuration spell. Conjure 2 Mud Mephits, 2 Ice Mephits, or an Azer to fight for you. Note that each caster is only able to have one instance of this active at a time no matter which version was chosen. Casting it a second time will despawn the currently active elemental(s), and BE WARNED, the Ice and Mud Mephits will fire their Death Burst if this happens which can harm your own party members.
