: I've been finding that there are often two varieties of ring with the same name, and the current wiki entries are accurate for at least one of them. I think they added some new ones just before release. unsure if this page is up to date since the code isn't tagged, or if there's multiple versions floating around. Mac (beta) version is showing the Gold Ring (three red gems in image) with description text as "Expertly formed and finished, this ring catches the attention of admirers and thieves alike." It's also showing another variant, with an image showing 7 turquoise gems, that says "A date was once engraved on the inside of this ring, but most of it has long since been worn away by time."
- I've been finding that there are often two varieties of ring with the same name, and the current wiki entries are accurate for at least one of them. I think they added some new ones just before release. You can see Amethyst Ring and Bronze Ring (weird .png, best I could find) if you want a reference for my pragmatic solution of adding two rings to one page. There may be a better solution I haven't thought of, though. As you have probably noticed, there are also images missing from the uploaded files for quite a bit of jewellery. Duplicate ring icons can confuse things even more - first gold ring description you mention, matches https://bg3.wiki/wiki/File:The_Mages_Friend_Icon.png in my game, for instance.
