Death's Head of Bhaal M'alice is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in the High Security Vaults in The Counting House in the Lower City.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
During the 
quest, the party can go to the Counting House in hopes of catching up to Minsc. Inside the vaults, the party witnesses Minsc emerge from a Mimic and defeat it. 'Jaheira' then appears with a handful of Bhaalists including M'alice, and teleports away with Minsc, leaving the cultists to attack the party and the staff.
