Relentless Endurance is a passive feature available to Half-Orc characters. Once per Long Rest, when they are reduced to 0 Hit Points but not killed outright, they can drop to 1 Hit Point instead.

Description

If you reach 0 hit points, you regain 1hit points instead of becoming Downed Downed.
