Pearlspore bell is an entity found in Act Three. It is a magical mushroom with life-sustaining properties.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Three pearlspore bells are found in The Blushing Mermaid - Basement. These fungi, pulsating with healing energy, are the secret to Auntie Ethel's supernatural regeneration. As long as one or more survive, a dead Auntie Ethel will be resurrected at the start of the next turn with .
Destroying all three mushrooms will allow the party to finally put an end to the hag's life.
As suggested in A Hunter's Guide to Hags, a condition will block the Healing Pearl restoration. or is also effective.
