Cloak of the Weave is a very rare Cloak that allows the wearer to absorb a small amount of magical damage, and add it to their next attack. It also gives better Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Rolls.
Part of an outfit worn by the wizard Tenser when he was inducted into the organization of eminent wizards called the Circle of Eight.
