Elixir of Battlemage's Power is a rare elixir that increases the potency of spells by granting 3 stacks of 
that persist until the next long rest.
Derived from the eye of a mage-hunting Nothic, this elixir waxes from within with a piercing light.

Suspension of Gauth Eye (procured from 
Gauth Eyestalk) and any Sublimate - Sold by Popper in Rivington
- Can be sold by any merchant that has the Elixir Table or Potion Table starting at level 6. As stock is semi-random, merchants may have anywhere from 0 to 2.
