Notes
- Generally far better for War Domain Clerics than Paladins, as the latter's will gain more damage by spending it on Divine Smite to deliver roughly the same amount of damage in 1 hit instantly. The former, meanwhile, lacks Divine Smite and can stack up attacks with some help to gain more potential procs of the spell.
- It does however serve as an easy and early repeatable way to trigger the Luminous Armour to inflict the Radiating Orb debuff to lower enemy attack rolls. As this is a condition it can in turn also trigger the Boots of Stormy Clamour to further debuff enemies by lowering their physical Saving throws.
