You're counting melee and ranged weapons with crit bonuses as additive, but I think you only get weapon bonuses when they are your active weapon.  So for instance, you get a crit bonus for Knife of the Undermountain King OR Deadshot, not both additively. Halfing's Luck[edit source]

Savage Attacker[edit source]
