Wyll says the same if not transformed but Guantlet Edwynna's response is different:
"The Duke's son? Of course - excuse the trouble. No room for exiles, no mercy for spies. Lord Gortash's orders."  And she does not demand 200g.

Not sure if an un-horned Wyll could talk his way in or not.
