Dreadful Aspect is an Action available to those that have chosen the path of the Oathbreaker Paladin. This ability allows these Paladins to channel their dark emotions to frighten their enemies.
Description
Let your darkest emotions burst forth as a menacing pulse to nearby enemies.
Properties
Channel Oath Charge
Range: Self 
AoE: 9 m / 30 ft (Radius)
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
Spell save DC 
Wisdom saving throw
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have
