Rupturing is a passive feature that causes a target to take damage whenever they move.[See: Bugs]

Description

On a hit, the target becomes Ruptured Ruptured for 3 turns.

Condition: Ruptured

Duration: 3 turns

  • Take 1d4Damage TypesPiercing when moving. Each time you move, reduce the condition duration by 1.

Bugs

  • The in-game description says the target has a DC 13  Constitution saving throw to avoid the Ruptured effect. However, this is not true and the condition will always be applied.
  • Following attacks don't stack Rupture turns. Enemies hit by it will reset for 3 turns again.
