Notes
- Movement speed isn't actually halved, instead the movement speed cost is doubled when in difficult terrain. A creature must spend 2 m / 7 ft of movement to move 1 m / 3 ft through an area of difficult terrain.
- Movement speed cost is doubled both for moving, and for actions like , and .
- The movement speed cost will go back to normal as soon as you leave the surface.
- You can fly over Difficult Terrain.
- You can gain immunity to the effects of Difficult Terrain with the following: Boots of Genial Striding, Helldusk Boots, Ring of Free Action, , , , .
