Whirlwind Attack is a Hunter Hunter Class Action. This ability allows Hunters to attack an aoe radius with their melee attack rather than a single target.

Description

Strike out at all nearby foes, making separate attacks rolls against each target.

  • This is used essentially in place of a normal melee attack. It can't hit party members, but it will hit other friendly NPCs. Otherwise, there is no drawback to using this over a normal melee attack.
