Phantasmal Killer is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell allows spellcasters to temporarily haunt a creatures mind with illusions, dealing damage, prevents movement, and has Disadvantage on Ability Checks and Attack Rolls.
Description
Haunt a creature with illusions of its greatest fears. It takes 4d10 Psychic Damage per turn, can no longer move, and will be easier to hit.
