Celestial Haste is a level 3 transmutation spell. Provided by equipping Gontr Mael, it allows the wielder to Hasten themselves for 5 turns without suffering the Lethargic condition when it ends.
Description
Gain the Celestial Haste condition for 5 turns, which is equivalent to the regular Hastened condition except for not inflicting Lethargic upon ending.
