The Devil's Fee is a shop located in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in Act Three. Owned by Helsik, there are all sorts of devilish artifacts and curios on display around the store.
If you engage Helsik in combat, she will summon Gilded Imps and a Gilded Minotaur to assist her.
Basement
The Devil's Fee has a basement that can be accessed either from a hatch on the first floor, or by breaking down a wall in the basement of the Forge of the Nine.
