Mind Flayer Tadpoles are a type of Aberration creature found in Baldur's Gate 3.
Interractions
While looting the True Soul Edowin in the Forest, West of the Emerald Grove. There is a choice to let the character's tadpole to harvest the tadpole from the dead dwarf. Or refuse it, giving the hostless tadpole the chance to escape into the bushes or possibly easily killed if combat is turned on.
