- Reading the book grants you a Scroll of Sights of the Seelie: Summon Deva. This scroll can be consumed to cast Sight of the Seelie: Summon Deva once. Alternatively, it can be scribed to a Wizard's spellbook, which allows you to cast the spell using a Level 5 Spell Slot once per Short Rest.
