Spineshudder Amulet is an uncommon Amulet that allows the wearer to inflict Reverberation when dealing damage with ranged spell attacks.

The wearer of this item gains:
- Cracking Resonance: When the wearer deals damage with a ranged Spell Attack, inflict 2 turns of Reverberation on the target(s).
Where to find
- Looted from the Mimic X: -171 Y: -195 in the bedroom on the upper floor of Moonrise Towers.
- Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution
Saving throws per remaining turn.
- When the entity has 5 or more turns of Reverberation, it takes 1d4
Thunder damage and must succeed a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or fall 
. The condition is removed afterward.
Notes
As of Patch 2, this item appears to be bugged. It is not found directly in the Mimic's inventory, but rather drops to the ground when the Mimic is killed, along with a duplicate copy of the Stained Letter.
