Piercing Strike is a weapon action available to tridents and spears summoned by Spiritual Weapon Spiritual Weapon.

Description

Deal regular damage and possibly inflict Gaping Wounds Gaping Wounds, which cause extra damage on attacks.

Undead and Constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.
